ACH Direct Debit process usually takes up to 3 business days, and sometimes it is too long for Emergency needed. This might cause the member cannot make a new transfer due to the system show that the member doesn't have enough fund ("Insufficient balance" error pop up).


The system will accumulate all the amount of payments that are not completed together from previous transaction and a new transaction that make system trigger that the member doesn't have enough fund even though they have.


To assist the member with the new transfer, Manual ACH completion is required. Member needs to provide us a proof of payment (screenshot from online banking).
