If you request a remittance cancellation (refund) before the remittance instruction is delivered to the payment institution (bank or remittance company) of the recipient country, a refund is possible and the actual refund takes about 1-3 business days.
However, refunds are not possible for remittance orders that have been sent to the payment institution (bank or remittance company) of the recipient country or have already been received.
