How do I withdraw from my wallet?

If you want to withdraw the balance in your wallet, please follow the instruction below.

For Korean account you can only withdraw the balance in KRW wallet, and if you have an Australian account, it would only be AUD wallet.
Please convert other currency to KRW or AUD according to each account.

1. Select “More” in your KRW or AUD wallet.
2. Select the setting icon in the upper right corner.
3. Select the Withdrawal button.
4. Check the balance and the amount that can be withdrawn.
5. Ente the amount you want to withdraw and click the OK button.
6. Check and select the account to receive the money.
7. Enter the PIN.
8. The withdrawal will begin and it will be deposited to the selected account.

※ Please note when you withdraw
- Withdrawals are restricted for 3 days after registering for Open Banking.
- Only the amount of paid service can be withdrawn (rewards given and promotions cannot be withdrawn.)
- Withdrawal fee may incur.(When you request a withdrawal, the total amount including the fee will be deducted from your wallet balance, and the requested withdrawal amount will be credited to your account.)
- Withdrawal is not possible if the account is not under your name.
- Withdrawal may take 1~2 business days from the requested date.
- The withdrawal may be delayed during the bank's maintenance time. (23:00 ~ 00:30)
- Withdrawals may be restricted if there are suspicious transactions such as voice phishing and money laundering.
