How do you use it?

1. An issue or inquiry with WireBarley service has occurred


2. Directly connect with an agent: Phone connection with an agent before remote support service


3. Receive connection information guidance: Explain the issue to the agent and receive a connection information (URL or connection number received)


4. Remote support service start: After member consent, screen sharing begins and proceed according to the agent's instructions


The process is as above.

When the agent terminates the connection, the program is automatically terminated. After that, you can delete the temporarily installed application.
