WireBarley Business Account Requirements
Whether you're a small business owner, managing a growing startup, or leading an established corporation, understanding the requirements to open an account is essential for a seamless banking experience. We've outlined the steps and key information needed to open your WireBarley Business account.
To open a WireBarley Business account, the following information will be required:
- Legal name of the entity
- Business documentation (varies depending on company type)
- Employer/Taxpayer Identification Number (EIN)
- List and information of shareholders owning 25% or more of the business
- List and information of directors (if applicable based on company type)
- Business banking details
Please note that additional requirements may apply depending on the type of business entity.
How to sign up:
Please follow the steps below to start the registration process:
1. Head on over to our WireBarley Business homepage.
2. Click the "Sign Up" button on the top-right corner of the homepage.
3. Select the country from which you wish to send money from.
4. Select the country to which you wish to send money to.
5. Enter your email address.
(If you have already registered an email address with your WireBarley personal account, please use a different email address.)
6. Create a password.
(Your password must be a combination of at least one-digit and special characters, with a length of 9 to 12 characters.)
7. After verifying your email, please update your personal and business information.
8. Business verification will be completed within 1 to 2 business days, and you will be able to use our service immediately thereafter.
Please note the following:
When sending funds on behalf of your business, the payment must be made from the business bank account, which should match the registered business name on our platform.
If your business becomes incorporated or undergoes a change in its entity type, you will need to create a new account.
If your business undergoes a name change, you will need to be re-verified and provide proof of the change.
