I cannot find recipient's Korean address

In the first step of real-name authentication of the recipient, the address search process proceeds as follows.

1. Click 'Find English Address'
2. After entering the lot number or street name in Korean, click search
In this case, please proceed with the search after excluding the detailed address.
3. Click on the searched and displayed address (automatically converted to English.)
4. Enter the detailed address (Please input only numbers and symbols, excluding English or Korean, and then enter the house number.)
