I entered recipient information incorrectly?

If you enter recipient information incorrectly, the fastest way to fix it is to cancel a transaction. You should be able to cancel when the payment has not started yet. If transaction is approved, payment is completed, transaction status will change to "Unable to deliver" on the same day or the following day. At this stage, you can either change the recipient's information and retry a transfer or refund through our customer service.
