The recipient cannot verify the recipient's real name. Can I get a refund in this case?

If the payee fails to verify the real name of the payee within 2 weeks, an automatic refund will be processed. However, if you contact the customer center before the automatic refund, we can help you with changing the payee or processing the refund.


(Please note that the refund proceeds after the fee is deducted during the refund process.)
