How do I verify my bank account and joint account?

To verify your bank account, you can submit a screenshot or PDF of your most recent bank statement or a void check to our email address: us_help@wirebarley.com The following information has to be visible:

- your first and last name

- the first and last name of the other account holder

- the account number

- the bank name

We don't always need to verify you bank account, unless the account holder name is not mach with WireBarley account or it is unknown (not listed on our system).
