If the payment receipt cannot be uploaded in the remittance history, your browser should be updated (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Safari, etc.) to the latest version.
Please update your browser using the instructions below and then upload the payment receipt.
If it is difficult for you to update your browser or upload the payment receipt even after updating the latest version then, please send the payment receipt to kr@biz.wirebarley.com.
- Launch Chrome on your computer.
- Click the More icon (three dots) in the upper-right corner, then click Help > About Google Chrome.
- When you go to the Chrome information page, the browser will automatically update Chrome without any additional clicks.
- After starting the update, click the ‘Restart’ button to restart Chrome then it will complete the update.
*Relaunch the Chrome for the update to take effect.
*Your open tabs and windows will be saved and automatically opened when you restart your browser. - The update completed.
