What is the identity verification procedure for WireBarley Vietnam?

The required documents vary depending on your nationality (Vietnamese citizen or foreign national).

Please review the guide below, then take photos of your original physical documents directly through the WireBarley app (APP) and upload them.

Vietnamese Citizens

1. Identification Document (Choose one)

• Valid original passport: Please make sure to include the signature page when taking the photo. (Passports without a signature cannot be accepted.)
• Vietnamese ID Card (CC/CCCD): Please take clear photos of both the front and back of the ID card.

Foreign Nationals Residing in Vietnam

1. Identification Document

• Valid original passport: Please make sure that both the personal information page and signature page are clearly visible.

2. Proof of Stay and Residence (Choose one)

• Vietnam Temporary Residence Card: Please take clear photos of both the front and back.
• Vietnam Visa

3. Work Permit

• Please upload a clear photo of the original Work Permit showing your full name, and validity period.
• If you are exempt from the Work Permit requirement, please submit one of the following documents instead:
  (a) Work Permit Exemption Certificate
  (b) Vietnamese Marriage Registration Certificate (Marriage Certificate)

4. Employment Contract (Working Contract)

• All information, including the company name, representative's name, employee's name, employment period, salary, and tax/insurance details, must be clearly visible.
• The member information page and salary details page of the contract must include the company's official stamp.
• If the Employment Contract does not include Personal Income Tax information, please also submit an official payslip issued by your company within the past month, with the company's official stamp.
• If you do not have an Employment Contract, please complete the form provided by WireBarley. (Please refer to the attached file.)

※ Important Notes When Submitting Documents

• All documents submitted must be issued or provided in Vietnamese or English for review. 
• If a document is issued in another language, please submit a notarized Vietnamese or English translation along with the original document.
  Notarized documents will only be accepted if they were issued within 6 months of the submission date.
• Photos of a document displayed on a smartphone screen or copies/screenshots of documents will not be accepted.
• Please make sure to take photos directly of the original physical documents.

The identity verification documents you submit will be reviewed within 24 business hours.

Once the review is completed, a registration completion email will be sent to the email address you used to sign up.

You will be able to use the remittance service immediately after receiving the email.
