How long does the refund process take?

The time it takes for a refund to be credited back to your account depends on several factors, including the payment method used, the currency of the transaction, and the processing time of your bank.

For bank transfer refunds, they are typically processed within 7 business days. However, we strive to expedite the process wherever possible.
