However, the transfer process may be delayed due to the following reasons. (Payment Delay)
- In some remittance countries, depending on the withdrawal method, it may take some time for the deposit to be confirmed, and if the deposit confirmation is delayed, the payment to the recipient country may be delayed.
- Internal remittance review may be conducted, and you may be contacted through the customer center during the review process.
- If you apply for remittance on weekends or holidays in the country to which the remittance is being sent or the recipient country, there may be delays as it is not a bank business day.
- It may take a little longer depending on the circumstances of the receiving country and the receiving bank.
- Remittance may not be processed due to system errors and update progress. In this case, the customer center may contact you first.
