[New Zealand] Which business documents do I need to submit?

The documents for verification of business are as follows, and if you enter personal information and business information after registration of email address, the following document request mail will be sent to the registered email.

For Private Corporate Business

1. Certificate of Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation
2. Business Account Information (A bank statement issued within 6 months)
3. Due Diligence Questionnaire(DDQ) - This will be sent to registered email
If the person(s) who is/are stated in Q3 & Q4 in DDQ, please provide his/her documents as follows:
(1) Valid photographic identification document( e.g. Passport, including signature page/Driver License, including front and back side)
(2) Proof of Residential address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement or Rental agreement or tenancy agreement)

4. Document containing company information, if applicable

For Sole Trader/Individual

(1) Valid photographic identification document( e.g. Passport, including signature page/Driver License, including front and back side)
(2) Proof of Residential address (Utility Bill or Bank Statement or Rental agreement or tenancy agreement)

4. Document containing company information, if applicable

For Partnership
1. Certificate of Business Registration/Certificate of Incorporation
