How Do I Register Work Contract?

Identity verification is carried out in accordance with Vietnam's Foreign Exchange Transactions and Anti-Money Laundering Act.

After submitting your work permit, please upload your work contract.

The contract must include the following:
● Employment period
● Salary details and method of personal income tax payment (PIT)
→If your contract does not clearly state the personal income tax, you may be asked to upload a recent payslip and a bank statment as a supporting document.

※Please note:
- If the document is unclear due to glare, reflection, or covered information, identity verification may be denied.
- Taking a photo of ID card in PC or phone screens is not accepted.
- Taking a photo of photocopy or scanned document is not accepted.
